These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VoxiNote (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the recordings, transcriptions, and notes you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including sending audio and text to third-party AI providers for transcription and analysis. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit Your Content.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload content you have no right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Abuse, overload, or circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or security measures.
• Use the Service to infringe others' intellectual-property or privacy rights.

4. Plans and billing

The Service offers free and paid plans with different recording limits and features. Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Automated transcription and AI-generated summaries may contain errors; do not rely on them as a sole source for critical decisions.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
