• Account information: your email address and a securely hashed password (or, if you sign in with Google/GitHub, the basic profile your provider shares).
• Content you create: voice recordings you submit, their transcriptions, the notes, lists, and Spaces generated from them.
• Usage data: recording minutes used, feature usage, and basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) for security and reliability.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the core Service: transcribing audio, organizing notes, and powering semantic search.
• To enforce plan limits (such as monthly recording minutes) and operate your account.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
• To communicate with you about your account and important Service changes.

3. Third-party processors

To transcribe and analyze your recordings, audio and text content is processed by third-party AI providers (including OpenAI) acting on our behalf. These providers process your content solely to return results to you and do not use it to train their models under our agreements. We do not sell your personal information or your content.

4. Data retention

We retain your content for as long as your account is active. Free-tier recordings may be retained for a limited period as described in your plan. You can delete individual notes, Spaces, or your entire account at any time, which removes the associated content from our active systems.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of material incidents as required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise most of these directly in your account, or contact us for help.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date above.
